To buy the handmade toy you like, please follow these instructions: 

  1. Add to cart
  2. Click ‘Check out with PayPal’
  3. Choose ‘Pay with debit or credit card’ or login to your PayPal account

Morine’s shop will never receive your credit card information.

You can pay for your order using a variety of payment methods! Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, including for those items that are shipping later and/or made-to-order. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.

Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency.

  1. Credit card or Debit Visa Card
    If you have a Morine’s Shop Duka account, your default billing information will appear at checkout. Otherwise, you can manually enter the payment details at the time you place the order. Kindly note that depending on the restrictions on your card, the transaction may be declined by the bank. 
  2. Paypal
    Simply click the PayPal option during checkout where you will be asked to log into your PayPal account. Once the order is completed, you will be redirected to the site.
  3. Mpesa
    We offer the option to pay via Mpesa. To pay via Mpesa, please reach out to us via WhatsApp with your order details.

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order completed and dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

Feel free to reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot change the address on our end but you can get in touch with us via WhatsApp to submit special delivery instructions to the shipping carrier


Each piece is beautifully placed in our customized parcels!

Our packaging includes a classic brown parcel. Our gift notes are hand written with your special message. It will be written exactly how it is received, so make sure there are no errors and no emojis are used! We want to make unboxing special for everyone, even when it’s a gift for yourself! 

We’re not able to accommodate deliveries of additional packaging alone at this time.

Discreet packaging is not offered at this time so please make sure to receive the parcel yourself if it is meant to be a surprise.

Absolutely! We offer digital gift cards. Click here and select your preferred value. It will be emailed directly to the recipient. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Keep in mind that discount codes cannot be applied for gift cards. We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time should any of these policies are overridden. Please check our Fine Print here.

Enter the code by clicking “Apply a gift card” during step 3 of checkout.

The value of your gift card will be automatically deducted from the order. Should a balance be owed, you can use a credit card or PayPal. Kindly note that you can only use (1) one gift card per transaction.

You can check your balance in your Duka profile. If you haven’t created one yet, go ahead and create one now. Sign in and select “Gift Card” in your profile then enter the card number. Your remaining balance will be shown there. 

Delivery & Returns

The processing and delivery times depend on the items you’re ordering. The status of each product (in stock or made-to-order) is indicated on each individual product page.

Made to order 
Once your order has been placed, we need to craft the piece since it’s being made specially for you, and can take a bit more time to be processed. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly.

For items ordered on Monday and Tuesday, delivery is made on Saturday of the same week.

For orders made on or between Wednesday and Saturday, delivery is made the following Saturday.

Standard delivery (done on Saturdays) is Ksh. 300 within Nairobi county. Courier charges apply to all other counties and are dependant on your location.

Express delivery (Monday-Friday) is ksh. 400 within Nairobi county.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. We do however accept cancellations and/ or order updates. You can view this in the Order and Payment section above.

Product Care

A little love goes a long way! When not using the toys, be sure to store it in the pouch it came in. This helps prevent scratching and dirt.

Apart from that, our toys are made with the quality products and all the pieces tightly sewn in. Let your little human have as much fun with it as they like.

Yes they are! Most of our toys only use acrylic yarn or a combination of acrylic and velvet yarn. We use tight polyester fiber for our stuffing.

All tis is to say that the toys are safe for babies who are allergic to natural fibers.

Yes! Your toy comes with printed care instructions. Don’t throw this out as it always come in handy.

It’s always best to hand-launder a crocheted toy.

  • Immerse the toy in cool, mild sudsy water, pressing down gently to saturate, and let soak for about 30 minutes.
  • Gently kneed and squeeze for about a minute.
  • Rinse gently in cool water.
  • Place the toy on thick towels and roll the towels gently over the toy to remove excess water.
  • Arrange the toy nicely shaped on more dry towels and let dry completely.
